Prices

Prices are standard prices. We reserve the right to change prices.


Discounts

For the discount classes A, B and C we give discounts according to our agreements.

Delay Penalty

Surcharge on small invoices

International: A surcharge of 50 € shall be added to invoices with a total amount payable of less than 200 € gross price, VAT / Sales tax 0 %.

US: A surcharge of $60.00 USD shall be added to invoices with a total amount payable of less than $235.00 gross price, VAT / Sales tax 0 %. (International orders incl.)


Remarks

Remarks regarding spare part delivery must be made immediately after delivery has been received or at the latest within 10 days from receiving the delivery.


Returned items

We reserve right to charge 20 % Restocking Fee from the total value of an acceptably returned product and delivery costs for handling costs. The returned item must be in flawless condition and delivered free of freight. With the returned item, you must include the name of the person who has accepted the return and delivery list or invoice number.


Guarantee

The guarantee for spare part replacement is 6 months from the delivery date. The guarantee covers technical flaws, but does not cover for example change of nozzle due to clogged nozzle. The guarantee does not apply if the part has been damaged during installation or operation. The guarantee for pumps does not apply if pump has been worn out or damaged due abnormal circumstances, dirty or unsuitable oil or other flaw caused by incorrect installation.
